Assistant Property Manager

Job Description

Meridian Group Inc., a property management company specializing in affordable housing, has an opening for an Assistant Manager to offer administrative support for 228 units of affordable market rate housing on the both the north and east side of Madison at two separate apartment complexes. This position will be staffed 40 hours/week. The Assistant Manager will assist in managing the day to day operations of the property including, but not limited to: leasing, rent collection, certification paperwork, financials, marketing, resident relations, and daily presentation of the property. The successful candidate's experience must include good administrative, organizational, communication and computer skills and have the ability to provide excellent customer service. Must be able to provide your own transportation. This position qualifies for our benefits program and competitive salary.
