Compensation:
Starting hourly rate for this position is: $18.00 per hour
An additional $2.00 shift differential will be applied while working 2nd shift
Pay is based on job-related experience
Schedule:
2nd Shift: Monday - Friday (starts at 1:00 pm)
Location:
This position is at the St. Michael facility full time.
Essential Functions:
Wash and sanitize production equipment, including tumblers, bins, etc.
Visually inspect and segregate damaged equipment; report to immediate supervisor.
Clean and organize dry storage and cooler areas, and other assigned areas as needed.
Proactively inspect work performed for effectiveness.
Ensures Sanitation Standard Operating Procedures are followed.
Restock production-related PPE and cleaning supplies, as needed.
Other duties assigned by Production Leadership.
Comply with requirements of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points).

Independent worker - motivated self-starter able to prioritize tasks.

Ability to work under pressure
Efficient without sacrificing quality
Teamwork - collaborate with production associates and leadership team
Physical and Environmental Factors:
Includes activities such as but not limited to walking, lifting, bending, stooping, reaching, grasping, pushing, pulling, twisting and turning
Requires ability to lift up to 30 lbs. regularly and occasionally up to 60 lbs.
Requires ability to stand for the entirety of the shift (minus breaks/rest periods) in addition continuously moving on and off the pallet jack.
Subject to temperatures ranging from 30 degrees to 50 degrees constantly
Safety Awareness - Follow all safety laws, policies, and procedures. Immediately report safety concerns to supervisor. Attend, and successfully complete, when applicable, all required safety training.
Quality Awareness - Comply with the requirements of the Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Sanitation Standard Operating Procedures (SSOP), and Food Safety and Quality Food Programs (SQF).
