Key Responsibilities

  • Manage Weekly Order Write meetings. Work closely with Commerce team to compile and consolidate current month and current quarter Gross to Net Projection with accuracy
  • Report Current month and current quarter Net LE to Leadership, articulate drivers of variance and highlight Risk and Opportunities.
  • Actualize Retail and Net Sales by account at month end. Work with Business Analytics and Commercial Finance to ensure data integrity
  • Track business performance. Review YTG ( year-to-go) Retail and Net Sales projection with Commerce and adjust forecast as necessary. Attend monthly demand review and consensus, present latest Commerce pov Retail and Nets sales forecast to cross-functional partners.
  • Support Director of Commercial planning to deliver Luxe Division Trend/Budget deliverables
  • Builds, maintains and improves complex planning modules for LE/Trend/Budget purpose

Required Skills

  • Advanced Excel skills
  • HEAVY expert in excel - primary platform for forecasting, commercial planning, etc - needs to know Excel inside and out.
  • Ability to analyze data at granular levels
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Sense of urgency; ability to deal effectively with the pressure of multiple tasks, deadlines and rapidly changing priorities
  • Ability to effectively work cross functionally
  • Attention to details

Pay Details: $59.80 per hour
