Construction Superintendent/Project Manager

We don’t employ the high-pressure, arm-twisting sales approach. We have had great success with our relational sales tactics, while caring about each project. Right now we are growing our sales team. Construction and sales experience is helpful, but we will train willing candidates. This is an in-house position with benefits. Our pay structure comes with a salary plus commission. You will be able to sell all of the products we offer with no cap on what you can earn!

Custom Exteriors is a local, family owned & operated home improvement contractor located in Hancock County. We have been in business for 44 years, offering roofing, siding, window & door replacements and other exterior & interior renovations. Our home office is in Greenfield and we work within an hour driving distance. If you are tired of working a sales position that requires you to drive all over the state, we will be a nice change of pace for you!

If you enjoy meeting new people, creating solutions for customers with each project, and winning the bid, you may be the perfect candidate! You do not have to be familiar with the products, just eager to learn!

Company truck provided to those with a valid drivers license and clean driving record.

Pay: $75,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
