Mobile Maven (parent company) owns and operates 7 Go Mini’s Moving & Portable Storage franchises in the following locations: Evansville, IN, Owensboro, KY, Bowling Green, KY, Columbia, TN, Nashville, TN, Memphis, TN, and Austin, TX. Job Summary:
We are looking for an individual who loves people and is excited to help our customers. This person will need to provide product/service information to prospective customers and also be comfortable with asking for the sale. When speaking with our existing customers, this person must be able to answer questions with accuracy and problem solve with efficiency. We are looking for someone who is known to be patient, empathetic, and passionately communicative. This individual must be able to put themself in the customer’s shoes when necessary, while at the same time demonstrate confidence in problem solving so as to serve the customer while always maintaining the best interest of the company.
Position Responsibilities Include (but are not limited to) the Following:
- Answer all incoming calls. These calls include prospective customers and current customers. The CSS will need to be able to answer questions, efficiently take detailed notes on the call, and attempt to make the sale.
- Follow up on all calls initially answered by our after-hours/weekend services, answer questions, and attempt to make the sale
- Follow up with all website leads via phone call and email and attempt to make the sale.
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions in a timely manner, follow up to ensure resolution and trust, keep records of communication with customers, process customer accounts, and file documents
- Enter work orders into Go Mini’s software systems (GM1, Google Calendar, & Google Sheets).
- Identifying and assessing customer’s needs to achieve satisfaction
- Secure electronic rental agreements with new customers
- Build sustainable relationships and trust through open communication, dedication, and integrity
- Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the correct systems and tools that are in place
- Meet personal/customer service team sales targets and call handling quotas.
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions in a timely manner, follow up to ensure resolution and trust, keep records of communication with customers, process customer accounts, and file documents
- Take the extra mile to engage customers
- Maintain Google Review quotas from happy customers
- Prepare and report to each local manager a daily report
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
Position Requirements:
- Desire and ability to make sales and help customers
- Experience in back-to-back interactions with customers all day long
- Expertise in handling multiple tasks at once while staying precise and pleasant
- Experience in using customer relationship management software with accuracy (preferred)
- Ability to collaborate with others
- Openness to feedback for the purpose of professional development
- Ability to deal with conflict on rare occasion
Compensation for This Position Includes:
- $50,000 base salary
- Salary will be paid on a bi-weekly basis (every 2 weeks) via direct bank deposit
- 4% matching 401(k)
- $1,000,000 term life insurance and Long-Term Disability furnished up to 70% of salary (if applicable)
- Incentive Compensation Plan - Potential to earn up to a $6,000 annual reward for a total earning of $56,000.
- An annual bonus of $3,120 to help offset medical expenses
- A company phone and any other technology needed to be successful
- The following holidays are off – New Years Day, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, & Christmas
- One week’s paid vacation time, accrued throughout each year. Additional days may be added for personal days, as needed. (More details are provided in the employee handbook)
Additional Information about Position:
The position reports directly to the VP of Operations. Training for this position will include education on the benefits of our product and our service, what to know about our competitors, our competitive advantages, how to negotiate based on mutual benefit and occupancy, and the administrative processes needed for this job.
