Shop Attendant Employment Type: Full-Time (Monday – Friday, Weekend Availability and Holidays)

Please submit resumes to: careers@reyesgroup.com This position is responsible for maintaining the property, building, equipment, and truck operations. Key duties include:

• Yard & Grounds: Oversee general upkeep, contractor services (mowing, tree care, seasonal planting), trash pickup, sprinkler and lighting adjustments, and parking lot maintenance.
• Building: Manage inspections (fire systems, backflow, AED), change A/C filters, maintain drains and sidewalks, monitor cleanliness and damage, and ensure odor control.
• Equipment: Track maintenance schedules, fuel and lubrication needs, order parts, update records, assign equipment numbers, and coordinate dispatch. Perform minor repairs and supervise outside services.
• Truck Operations: Handle daily dispatch, maintenance tracking, registrations, permits, and parts ordering.

Strong organizational skills and the ability to coordinate across departments are essential.
