My client, a booming, dynamic organization in business for over 45 years, is seeking a Senior GL Accountant to join its team. This company is experiencing high growth. Salary is up to $90,000 base plus bonus. Supportive, non-micromanaging environment with flexible scheduling to support work-life balance. Great benefits, including 401k match. Permanent direct hire. Overview of Senior Accountant Role:

• Act as the primary owner of the General Ledger, regularly preparing and posting journal entries, and completing balance sheet reconciliations as part of the month-end close.
• Review and validate expense reports, credit card postings, and purchasing card activity throughout the month.
• Run and interpret scheduled transaction reports to track activity and identify issues before close.
• Partner with accounting leadership to streamline close processes.

Preferred Qualifications of the Senior Accountant:

• 5 years of experience – must have had direct general ledger accounting.
• Experience with NetSuite is a plus.
• Ability to work onsite in Gallatin for six months, then hybrid.
