Position Overview The Operations Manager will oversee daily manufacturing operations to ensure we meet production deadlines while preserving the superior craftsmanship our name is known for. This role requires strong leadership, a deep understanding of manufacturing processespreferably in wood or furniture productionand a commitment to maintaining the traditions that define our brand.
