Commercial electrician

This role will suit an experienced sparky who enjoys a diverse workload in the commercial space, but also keen to jump into a bit of residential servicing work occasionally. Now, when we say diverse, we really mean it - you would be working on projects such as libraries, mega-stores and police stations, through to jobs that may have never even crossed your mind before, such as the buoys and beacons at the harbor! The bulk of the projects in the pipeline would be in the commercial space, but residential work does come up occasionally - mainly consisting of servicing and heat pump/air conditioning installs. There are some major projects taking place down south, involving the installation of industrial HVAC units, along with other commercial projects locally. You will be joining a supportive team of around 25, whose down-to-earth, professional management have plenty of experience in the industry and a wealth of knowledge to share. They are big on team culture and like to keep the fridge stocked up - the office is open-door for everyone. You and your partner can look forward to an xmas party each year, along with a mid-winter social do. Most of the workflow coming in is off the back of word-of-mouth recommendations, which means there are solid relationships in place and plenty of ongoing work with some big contracts rolling.
