Lead Teacher Responsibilities:
Responsibilities include loving care of 10 sharp kiddos, maintaining licensing and STARS standards, implementing and expanding our nature/culture curriculum, promoting a healthy and safe environment that promotes intentional, play-based learning.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Early Childhood Education, Human Services, or a related field preferred, or
A minimum of 21 college credits in a related field and three years of experience in a lead position preferred. Experience with TSGold and VT STARS Accreditation preferred.
Strong communication and time management skills are necessary, along with a great imagination, and a minimum of 2 years experience working with children.
Benefits:
Starting Salary: $22–$25/hr based on education
