Assembler With Premium Pay Opportunities!!!

OPS America Assembly is a ISO13485 Certified, rapidly growing company in Maple Lake, MN that provides nationwide services in a small-town atmosphere in a climate-controlled environment. We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Assembly team. In this role, you will have opportunity to assemble a wide variety of products. Your craftsmanship and attention to detail will play a crucial role in ensuring the success for our customers.

We offer job specific premium pay of up to $3.00/hr. We have a wide variety of work cells including, Light Assembly, Injection Molding, Medical Clean Room Assembly, Digital Printing, 3D Prototype Printing, Electrical Assembly and Mechanical Assembly.

Responsibilities:

• Perform job duties according to established work instructions and design specifications.
• Prepare and organize necessary supplies and materials for each project.
• Complete quality checks to maintain high standards of workmanship.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure efficient workflow and safety.
• Some work areas provide the opportunity to use hand tools and large equipment.
• Conduct thorough quality checks on finished product to identify any defects or inconsistencies.
• Hours: 7:00am-3:30pm
• Days: Monday-Friday, and NO WEEKENDS OR HOLIDAYS!

• Starting pay based on experience

No assembly experience necessary but desired.

ISO 13485 experience or knowledge is a significant plus.
