Overview

We are seeking a VP, Digital Product Manager with a strong focus on AI transformation to join our growing team. In this role, you will drive the development and launch of AI-powered solutions that redefine our internal processes. You will be empowered to act as a change agent and strategic advisor to our agency teams helping them leverage AI to deliver cutting edge work as efficiently as possible. This role will be part of a cross-agency operations team focused on supporting multiple digital agencies and internal processes.

Responsibilities

Product Strategy & Vision:

– Define and champion the product vision and roadmap for AI-centric solutions, ensuring alignment with overall agency objectives and client needs.

– Identify market opportunities, emerging trends, and user needs, translating them into actionable product strategies.

AI Platform Development & Execution

– Collaborate with cross-functional teams to find AI driven solutions that support their client work

– Champion best practices in AI, machine learning, and data-driven insights, balancing innovation with practical execution.

– Lead the end-to-end product development lifecycle (discovery, planning, development, QA, launch, and iteration) of AI powered solutions for internal processes and products that increase efficiency and throughput

Stakeholder Management

– Work closely with agency leadership and client-facing teams to understand business requirements and translate them into AI powered solutions to create efficiencies and enable new capabilities.

– Present product strategies, progress updates, and key performance metrics to executive leadership, clients, and other stakeholders.

– Foster strong relationships with external vendors, technology partners, and industry thought leaders to stay at the forefront of AI advancements.

Product Performance & Optimization

– Establish measurable goals and KPIs for AI-centric initiatives, continually analyze performance metrics, and drive iterative improvements.

– Oversee product pilots, user testing, and A/B testing strategies to validate internal product features and optimize user experience.

– Ensure alignment with data governance, privacy, and regulatory best practices throughout the product lifecycle.

Leadership & Mentorship

– Lead, mentor, and inspire cross-functional product teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning as a change agent

– Provide direction and guidance to junior product managers, acting as a subject matter expert on AI, data analytics, and digital product management.

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of professional experience in digital product management, with at least 3 years in a senior or lead role.
  • Proven track record of delivering successful AI, ML, or data-driven products, preferably within the advertising or marketing technology space.
  • Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts, data analytics, user research, and agile product development methodologies.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable strategies for non-technical stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated experience in building and leading cross-functional teams, managing external vendors/partners, and driving organizational change.
  • Experience engineering prompts for AI agents
  • Experience using MCP for connecting AI applications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; advanced degree (e.g., MBA) or specialized AI/ML certifications a plus.

Compensation Range: $168,150- $257,712.00/annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met.
