This short-term, on-site opportunity with our client is ideal for someone who enjoys detail-driven tasks, clear processes, and structured workdays. You’ll play a key behind-the-scenes role supporting service operations by making sure work order information stays accurate and aligned across systems.

This is a temporary, entry-level administrative role running mid-February through the end of July.

What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll spend most of your day working in two systems to ensure service work orders are complete, accurate, and properly documented. Responsibilities include:

  • Creating and maintaining service work orders
  • Copying and verifying customer, equipment, and job details between systems
  • Posting technician time and parts accurately to the correct jobs
  • Updating work order notes and completion details
  • Using Excel to review and filter time entries
  • Following established processes to ensure clean, consistent documentation

This role is process-driven and repetitive by design—accuracy and consistency matter more than speed.

Tools You’ll Use

  • Service Office (SOFF)
  • Intellidealer (dealer management system)
  • Excel (basic filtering and organization)

No advanced technical skills required—just comfort working across multiple screens and systems.

  • Basic computer skills (copy/paste, mouse navigation)

  • Ability to follow defined steps and procedures

  • Comfortable working on-site
  • Ability to pass a background check

  • Data entry or administrative support experience
  • Exposure to work orders, service systems, or maintenance environments
  • Experience with ERP or dealer management systems

Role Details

  • Location: On-site in Omaha
  • Schedule: Full-time, temporary
  • Start Date: Mid-February
  • End Date: July 31 (with potential extension)
