Overview
The Senior Account Executive - Loyalty Marketing role will be responsible for leading the implementation, optimization, and ongoing evolution of select loyalty marking programs at Epsilon. This role serves as a key client partner, overseeing complex programs while helping to drive insights and operational excellence. The ideal candidate is inquisitive, analytical, highly collaborative, and comfortable managing multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
Lead the ongoing development and execution of Tier 3 loyalty marketing programs. Activities include:
Own program kickoffs and create/manage project plans to ensure cross-functional internal and external teams are clear on their requirements and deliverables
Lead and manage comprehensive project plans and timelines, proactively managing risks, dependencies, and scope to ensure flawless execution
Partner with senior account leadership and analytics teams to translate performance results into actionable insights, driving ongoing optimization and program enhancements
Develop and maintain relationships with clients at appropriate levels through daily contact. Possesses minute-by-minute knowledge of all work in progress
Champion branding and style guide updates to ensure creative campaign materials are consistent with established brand look and feel
Anticipate client needs and identify growth opportunities within existing programs
Own the development and execution of enrollment materials, including routing, reviews, and approvals
Lead efforts with production team, including development of full production schedules and work with cross functional department groups to manage against schedule, ensuring program requirements are delivered on time
Ensure all program documentation, approvals, and workflows adhere to operational standards and best practices
Develop process improvements to make workflows more efficient and ensure programs achieve optimal results

Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
5-7+ years in account management, marketing or project management experience required
Experience with Automotive, CRM, loyalty or card programs preferred
Project management experience required

Compensation Range: $60,800 - $80,000 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
