Day Program Operations Director

Responsibilities may include:

Ensuring the implementation of all company and programmatic policies and procedures.
Completing and submitting monthly benchmark reports.
Managing your team and directly supervising the Program Managers in your assigned area.
Planning for and facilitating program growth.
Identifying developmental opportunities.

Requirements for this position include:

Four-year degree in social or human services or a related field is preferred.
A minimum of two years of experience in human services.
Management or supervisory experience is required.
