Who We’re Looking For

We are hiring experienced painters and wallpaper installers who meet the following qualifications:

• Minimum 3+ years of professional painting experience
• Experience with high-end residential or commercial painting
• Strong knowledge of surface preparation, patching, sanding, and finishing
• Experience with fine finish work on trim, doors, and cabinets
• Ability to produce clean, detailed, high-quality results
• Experience installing wallpaper and wall coverings (for wallpaper candidates)
• Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship
• Reliable, professional, and team-oriented
• Valid driver’s license and dependable transportation
• Ability to pass background check

Key Responsibilities

• Perform high-quality interior and exterior painting
• Properly prep surfaces (patching, sanding, caulking, priming)
• Apply coatings using brush, roller, and spray equipment
• Install wallpaper and specialty wall coverings (if applicable)
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe job sites
• Follow company standards and project specifications
• Communicate professionally with project managers and clients
• Deliver top-tier craftsmanship on every project
