• Helpdesk-Password Resets, Software installations, and assist users with basic troubleshooting with programs such as Office 365 Suite
• Hardware installs, printer maintenance and troubleshooting, assist with physical inventory of equipment
• Imaging and configuring Windows laptops and Desktops, configuring Chromebooks

Ohio Public Employees Retirement System
