- A community-based, nonprofit healthcare organization serving New York City through:
- HIV care & testing
- Care coordination
- Recovery services
- Harm reduction
- Community outreach
- The organization partners with hospitals and clinics and manages multiple contract- and grant-funded programs.
What You'll Do:
- Oversee operations across 9 healthcare and social service programs
- Monitor KPIs, outcomes, and contract performance
- Turn data into clear, executive-level insights
- Ensure programs meet grant and funding requirements
- Lead and support 4 Program Directors
- Partner closely with the CEO and executive team
- Build referral relationships with hospitals and clinics
- Prepare programs for audits and funder reviews
- No caseload. High impact. Strategic leadership.
Programs You'll Oversee:
- Care Coordination (largest program)
- HIV Care & Testing
- Recovery Services & Recovery Center (6 days/week)
- Harm Reduction
- Outreach Programs
What We're Looking For:
- LMSW or LCSW required
- 3-5+ years in HIV, substance use, recovery, or healthcare programs
- 2-3+ years in program or people leadership
- Strong experience with grant-funded or contract-driven programs
- Comfortable with data, KPIs, and performance metrics
- Operational, organized, and outcome-focused
- Excel skills strongly preferred
- SIFI certification a plus
