Job Description:

News Gazette Printing Co. is seeking a skilled Graphic Designer to join our team. We are looking for a candidate proficient in PC environments and experienced with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Publisher), Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat), and PDF manipulation. Experience with Enfocus PitStop Pro for preparing press-ready files is a significant plus. A strong understanding of color spaces (RGB, CMYK, spot, Lab) and the ability to convert files to press-ready formats are essential. The successful applicant will be trained on digital plate making, running copiers, and operating a digital envelope press. Prior experience in the printing industry, especially pre-press, will be reflected in the starting salary. The role requires collaboration with other departments to ensure timely customer deliverables.

• High School/GED, Vocational Certificate

We offer a competitive compensation and benefits package, including:

• Starting pay up to $18.00 per hour with previous experience.
