Pay: $20.00-$21.00 per hour based on experience.

Qualifications: High School diploma or equivalent required, college degree preferred. Retail and/or development experience desired. Requirements/Skills: Must be "team-oriented", committed to customer service, and have very good people skills. Should have the ability to be "customer-friendly" yet firm. Familiarity with email, Microsoft Excel, and Word is desirable. Good communication skills (both verbal and written) are necessary. Must be able to clearly and passionately articulate the mission of Habitat for Humanity Lima Area and the ReStore. The ability to work effectively and sensitively with a diverse group of people and the ability to represent and understand our Christian organization are required. A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are necessary. Essential Skills- Networking- must be able to develop and maintain relationships with store managers, business owners, and individual donors to solicit appropriate donations Technology- must be able to operate online scheduling software and be comfortable using spreadsheets Communication- must be able to communicate effectively in both oral and written forms with individuals and groups Teamwork- must be able to coordinate with the ReStore manager and other team members regarding donation needs and incoming donations Hours: 35-40 hours/week Monday-Friday (some Saturdays) Procurement Manager responsibilities include: 1 -- New donor acquisition The procurement supervisor will work to find new sources of quality donations from businesses, community institutions, and individuals throughout our service area. 2- Donor appreciation The procurement supervisor will connect with current donors to show appreciation and cultivate the relationship in the hopes of encouraging future donations. 3 -- Donation Truck Scheduling and Donor Communication The procurement supervisor will communicate (via phone and email) in a timely manner with donors who are requesting donation pick-up and schedule them in efficient pick-up routes. 4 -- Supervise Truck Team With the assistance of the ReStore manager, the procurement supervisor will supervise scheduling and performance of the donation truck team. 5 -- Volunteer assistance Add jobs to the daily list. Supervise and facilitate the utilization of volunteers. Help volunteers sign up for work, check in/out on the computer if necessary. 6 -- Supervisor on Duty. The procurement supervisor will assist with problem-solving for customers and register issues. 7 -- Donation Pick-up assistance Provide occasional assistance covering donation truck absences. 8 - Safety Keep an eye out for potential safety hazards and eliminate them or bring them to the attention to someone who can. Look out for the safety of other paid and volunteer staff. 9-- Mission/Policy Must have an understanding and be able to articulate the mission of Habitat for Humanity Lima Area as well as the policies and procedures of the ReStore. 10-Other duties as assigned by ReStore Manager To Apply: Submit updated resume to Trent.Wise@jfs.ohio.gov with "Procurement Supervisor" in the subject line.
