Job Description

  • Responsible for product design support for standard or custom power units
  • Will work under the direction of Electrical and\or Mechanical Engineers performing prototyping, troubleshooting or validation activities
  • Assists design engineers to prototype new product designs whether completely new designs or subassemblies
  • May assist in regulatory agency testing or preparation such as UL, CSA, TUV
  • May prototype concepts using available materials
  • Assists in debugging production problems
  • Creates manufacturing instructions

Skills & Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience with power or electromechanical products
  • Testing/troubleshooting experience
  • Previous electrical wiring experience
  • Ability to read blue prints/schematics

Preferred

  • Two-year degree
  • Experience with low and medium voltage power systems
  • Proficiency in MS-Office desktop solutions is quired including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Valley View, OH.

Pay And Benefits

The pay range for this position is $32.00 - $37.00/hr.
