A Brief Overview

We're looking for an entry-level Creative Technologist to join our team, bringing fresh ideas and hands-on experience with AI and low-code tools. As an Associate Creative Technologist, you'll work closely with strategists, creatives, and technologists to help design and implement innovative digital solutions for clients. You will focus on exploring AI technologies and low-code platforms, developing prototypes, and supporting the team in building practical, user-centric solutions leverage emerging technologies. This role is ideal for someone who is eager to learn, experiment with new technologies, and contribute to real-world projects.

Job Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Digital team to implement AI technologies and low-code platforms for improved client experiences.
• Research emerging AI trends and low-code tools, sharing findings with the team to guide decision-making.
• Help create and refine digital experiences, focusing on improving user and employee interactions.
• Contribute to the development of functional prototypes that can be shared with clients and iterated based on feedback.
• Participate in brainstorming and strategy sessions to define the technical approach for digital transformation projects.

Education Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree

Work Experience:

A minimum of 1 year progressive experience in a related field required

Other Work Experience:

Professional or internship experience in technology or digital development, with a focus on AI, low-code platforms, or related tools.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain technical concepts in a clear and simple manner.

Creative and curious mindset, with the ability to think critically about how technology can improve client solutions.

Willingness to learn new technologies, adapt to fast-changing environments, and grow within the role.

Ability to work both independently and as part of a team, contributing ideas and solutions.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Individual Contributor

Certain states and localities require employers to post a reasonable estimate of salary range. A reasonable estimate of the current base pay range for this position is $70,000 - $90,000 annually. Actual salary will be based on a variety of factors, including shift, location, experience, skill set, performance, licensure and certification, and business needs. The range for this position in other geographic locations may differ. Certain positions may also be eligible for variable incentive compensation, such as bonuses or commissions, that is not included in the base pay.
