JOB SUMMARY:
The Organizational Change Management Lead will lead the development and execution of comprehensive change management strategies to support digital transformation initiatives across the supply chain organization.
Reporting to the Senior Director of Digital Transformation or Manager of Organizational Change Management, this role will drive the successful adoption of new systems and processes, helping end users change how they work to enable standardization, automation, and operational efficiency across logistics, order operations, and production operations.
This position requires a strategic thinker with deep expertise in change management methodologies who can influence stakeholders at all levels, oversee change management resources, and ensure transformation initiatives deliver sustained business value through effective people-centered change.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Develop and implement cross-functional change management strategies and roadmaps that align with digital transformation objectives and supply chain optimization goals, ensuring seamless integration across logistics, order operations, and production operations functions.
Lead organizational change impact assessments to identify stakeholder groups, analyze the degree of change, and determine appropriate change management interventions required for successful technology implementations and process improvements.
Design and oversee the execution of comprehensive stakeholder engagement plans, including communication strategies, training programs, and adoption measurement frameworks that drive awareness, understanding, and commitment to change initiatives.
Establish and manage change management governance structures, including change networks, sponsor coalitions, and change agent communities, to build organizational change capability and ensure consistent application of change methodologies.
Partner with project management, IT, Enterprise Excellence, and operations leadership, to integrate change management activities into project plans, ensuring change readiness is a key success criterion for all supply chain transformation initiatives.
Conduct organizational readiness assessments and develop mitigation strategies to address resistance, capability gaps, and cultural barriers that may impede successful adoption of new systems and standardized processes.
Lead, mentor, and provide oversight to change management practitioners and resources deployed across multiple concurrent transformation initiatives, ensuring quality, consistency, and adherence to best practices.
Design and implement change management metrics, dashboards, and reporting mechanisms to measure adoption, proficiency, and business impact, using data-driven insights to adjust strategies and demonstrate ROI.
Develop change management tools, templates, playbooks, and resources that can be scaled across the organization and build repeatable change management capabilities within the supply chain function.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's Degree in Arts/Sciences (BA/BS in Business, Organizational Development, Human Resources, Communications, or a related field)
8-10 years of progressive experience in organizational change management, with at least 5 years supporting large-scale technology transformation programs
Demonstrated experience leading change management strategies for supply chain, logistics, or operations transformations involving ERP implementations, warehouse management systems, order management platforms, or supply chain planning technologies
Proven track record of managing complex, cross-functional change initiatives in matrixed organizations with multiple stakeholder groups and competing priorities
Experience overseeing change management teams and resources across multiple concurrent projects or programs
Background in digital transformation initiatives involving artificial intelligence, automation, process standardization, system integration, and operational efficiency improvements
Experience working with senior leaders to build sponsorship and drive organizational change
Prosci Change Management Certification required
And Certified Change Management Professional (CCMP) preferred
Or Agile Certified Practitioner (ACP) certification through Project Management Institute (PMI-ACP) preferred
Compensation/ Benefits:
Certain states and localities require employers to post a reasonable estimate of salary range. A reasonable estimate of the current base salary range for this position is $104,400- $130,500. Actual salary will be based on a variety of factors, including shift, location, experience, skill set, performance, licensure and certification, and business needs. The range for this position in other geographic locations may differ. Certain positions may also be eligible for variable incentive compensation, such as bonuses or commissions, that is not included in the base salary.
