CNC Programmer (Swiss)

Job Duties

We are looking for a highly skilled CNC Swiss Programmer to create, edit, and optimize CNC programs for Swiss-type machines (KSI, Star, Tsugami, Citizen). The programmer will be responsible for completing setups, including tooling, offsets, and bar feeders. Additionally, they will also develop toolpaths using Esprit CAD/CAM software, Troubleshoot machining issues, as well as perform First Article Inspections (FAIs).

Minimum Education Required

High School diploma or equivalent

Minimum Experience Required

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in CNC Swiss setup and programming.

• Advanced proficiency in Fanuc, G-code, and Esprit CAM.

• Experience with multi-axis Swiss machines (5-8 axis).

• Knowledge of materials like 303/304/316 stainless, titanium, and Inconel.
