Journeyman Cabinet Maker

Job Duties

We are seeking an experienced Journeyman Cabinetmaker to join a high-quality custom millwork and fabrication team. This role is responsible for building cabinets, casework, countertops, fixtures, reception desks, conference tables, and other premium-grade architectural millwork. The ideal candidate has strong craftsmanship, the ability to read detailed drawings, and can take a lead role in project execution to ensure all work meets quality and timeline expectations.

Minimum Education Required

High School diploma or equivalent

Minimum Experience Required

• 5+ years of experience building custom casework, cabinets, or furniture

• Proficient with woodworking tools (hand tools and power tools)

• Skilled with plastic laminate, solid wood, and veneer

• Strong problem-solving abilities and craftsmanship standards

• Reliable work ethic and attention to detail

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Must have personal hand tools (power tools provided)

• Ability to lift and handle up to 80 lbs safely

• Experience operating industrial woodworking equipment

• Solid surface countertop fabrication experience is a plus

• Leadership experience on fabrication or installation projects is a plus
