Dental Radiology Technician / Dental Assistant

We are a modern, technology‑driven dental radiology facility specializing in advanced imaging, including CBCT, cephalometric, panoramic, and intraoral scanning for orthodontics and general dentistry. Our practice also operates a dental assisting training program, offering a collaborative and educational environment.

We are seeking a Dental Radiology Technician / Dental Assistant to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be experienced, reliable, and able to work independently in a professional setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform quality dental X-rays including CBCT, cephalometric, and panoramic imaging
• Conduct intraoral scans for orthodontic and diagnostic purposes
• Assist with daily patient scheduling and data management
• Maintain proper sterilization and safety protocols
• Support our in-house dental assisting training program as needed
• Manage administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, take payments, and following up with insurance claims.

Requirements

• Prior experience with dental radiology or X-ray imaging is a must
• Excellent organization and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Reliable and professional work ethic
• Experience with imaging technology including 3D scanners is preferred but is willing to train the right candidate.
• Strong knowledge of dental terminology, anatomy, infection control practices, and aseptic techniques
• Familiarity with EMR systems such as Eaglesoft, Dentrix, for accurate documentation of medical records.
• Excellent understanding of HIPAA regulations to maintain patient confidentiality at all times

Schedule

• Flexible hours — you can create your own schedule
• Monday through Saturday
• Approximately 30–40 hours per week
