Tech I Machine Assembler

Job Duties

We are looking to hire an experienced Tech I Machine Assembler to join our team. This is not an entry-level position, and candidates must have prior hands-on experience with machine assembly, mechanical systems, and the use of hand and power tools in a manufacturing or automation environment. The ideal candidate will bring mechanical aptitude, a strong work ethic, and the ability to contribute to high-quality machine builds with minimal supervision.

Minimum Education Required

Associated degree within the respective field (manufacturing, automation, engineering, etc.)

Minimum Experience Required

• 1-5 years of relevant mechanical assembly experience in manufacturing, automation, or a similar technical field

• Strong proficiency with hand and power tools (e.g., drills, taps, torque wrenches)

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, mechanical drawings, and schematics

• Familiarity with build sheet processes and sub-assembly installation

• Must be physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs, standing, bending, twisting, and reaching throughout the workday

• Willingness to travel occasionally for machine installations or field support

• Prior experience operating forklifts or overhead cranes preferred (training available)
