Job Summary

The Vice President, Digital & Marketing Data & AI Product drives the design, delivery, and measurable business impact of data and AI products that power digital engagement, marketing effectiveness, and omni-channel activation. This executive is accountable for turning enterprise strategy into execution-building, scaling, and optimizing data, analytics, and AI solutions that accelerate demand generation, personalization, and content and media effectiveness across global markets and channels.

Leading a global team, the VP defines the roadmap, manages delivery, and ensures every initiative produces tangible outcomes tied to digital and marketing priorities and P&L growth.

In addition to delivery excellence, this leader serves as a trusted partner to the CDMO, Brand Presidents, and Regional Marketing leaders, ensuring data and AI investments drive meaningful business value, consistency, and adoption. The role requires a balance of strategic product leadership, deep understanding of digital and marketing data, technical fluency in Martech and Adtech ecosystems, and strong business acumen.

Job Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership & Partnership:

  • Define and own the multi-year Digital & Marketing Data & AI product vision and roadmap, aligned to enterprise commercial, marketing, and consumer engagement strategies.

  • Serve as the primary Data & AI strategic partner to Marketing, Global Brands, Consumer Engagement, Media, Omni-Channel, and Go-To-Market leaders.

  • Act as the domain's technical and strategic owner, maintaining fluency in consumer and marketing systems-including CDPs, CRM, POS, Adtech, Identity platforms, eCommerce, personalization engines, loyalty systems, and audience segmentation tools, while partnering with system/platform owners to ensure data readiness and integration.

  • Own the end-to-end consumer data architecture, including CDP roadmap, identity resolution, consumer graph design, consent frameworks, and omnichannel data unification.

  • Represent Digital & Marketing in enterprise forums, governance bodies, and capital allocation or portfolio reviews to ensure alignment of business and data priorities.

  • Translate strategic priorities and capability needs into OKRs, financial impact models, and P&L outcomes.

  • Collaborate with emerging technologies team to assess opportunities to introduce new capabilities into the Digital & Marketing roadmap.

Product Portfolio & Delivery Oversight

  • Lead the end-to-end delivery of the Digital & Marketing Data & AI product portfolio, ensuring solutions are designed for scalability, reuse, and cross-functional integration.

  • Consumer & Market Intelligence

  • Marketing & Creative Enablement

  • Retail & Commercial Enablement

  • eCommerce, DTC & Marketplace Analytics

  • AI-driven Creative & Content Enablement

  • Advanced marketing measurement

  • Oversee prioritization, funding, and execution across global and regional roadmaps.

  • Oversee the development, deployment, and lifecycle management of AI/ML models, personalization algorithms, recommendation engines, marketing attribution models, agent-based automation, consumer insights platforms, dashboards, and analytic applications.

  • Lead and develop a high-performing team of Data & AI Product Managers, BI Leads, Consumer Analytics Specialists, and Insight Analysts.

  • Partner closely with Engineering, Martech, AI/ML teams, Platforms, and Data Architecture to align technical foundations, ensure delivery excellence, and drive speed-to-value.

  • Establish scalable processes to measure ROI, adoption, accuracy, performance uplift, and value creation for every delivered product.

Stakeholder Engagement & Change Leadership

  • Act as the Data & AI representative within Commercial leadership forums and operating meetings, guiding decisions around consumer engagement, investment, and activation.

  • Foster cross-functional collaboration with Marketing, Brands, Regions, Retail, eCommerce, Finance, and Technology .

  • Champion education and cultural transformation around data-driven decision-making, AI-enabled personalization, and consumer-centricity .

  • Drive measurable adoption across brand, regional, commercial, and retail teams, ensuring analytics and AI tools are embedded into daily workflows (campaign planning, content creation, CRM activation, audience strategy, retailer sell-in, DTC optimization).

  • Serve as an advocate for responsible, ethical, and privacy-compliant use of consumer data and AI

Governance, Operations & Performance

  • Ensure adherence to enterprise standards for data governance, consumer privacy, security, and responsible AI .

  • Manage domain budgets, resource allocation, and OKRs, working closely with Strategy & Ops and Finance.

  • Establish transparent leadership reporting, including: Product performance dashboards, Delivery milestones, Consumer and commercial impact tracking, and Marketing and activation ROI

  • Partner with Governance, Architecture, and Strategy & Ops to evolve operating models, tooling, and delivery maturity.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, or related field preferred.

  • 12-15+ years of progressive experience in data, analytics, product management, or technology leadership roles.

  • Deep expertise in digital and marketing data ecosystems, including CRM, segmentation, audience creation, personalization, and activation platforms.

  • Experience driving measurable consumer and commercial outcomes through data and AI (e.g., personalization effectiveness, loyalty growth, acquisition efficiency).

  • Fluency in marketing measurement (MMM, MTA, incrementality), media performance analytics, and omnichannel attribution.

  • Strong understanding of eCommerce, retail media, DTC analytics, and marketplace channel data.

  • Technical fluency in cloud data platforms, AI/ML enablement, and integration frameworks (Azure, Databricks, etc.).

  • Proficiency in Agile and product-centric delivery methodologies.

  • Demonstrated ability to lead global teams and influence C-suite stakeholders across marketing, brands, regions, and commercial organizations.
