The Academy is a charter non-public school in the State of Ohio. It is licensed to serve students in preschool through 8th grade and is dedicated to cultivating excellence in education. The school is in West Chester, Ohio, close to I75 exit 22. The Academy is seeking dynamic teachers to join our team! Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in education
• ODE Resident Educator License or Permanent Teaching License for Elementary (P-3)
• Ability to work with diverse groups
• Demonstrated knowledge of early childhood curricula and practices
• Strong communication skills both written and verbal
• Be a U.S Citizen, U.S. national, or lawful permanent resident

Position Description:

The elementary teacher will demonstrate proficiency in the following areas:

• Deliver instruction in a manner that allows students to remain on task by utilizing a variety of instructional techniques.
• Demonstrate appropriate academic planning and organization.
• Design and employ a variety of objective and consistent assessment techniques to evaluate learning and development.
• Collect and analyze data to evaluate the effectiveness of instruction.
• Establish and maintain effective classroom control.
• Reinforce appropriate social and academic interventions using constructive methods.
• Maintain professional interactions with other educational personnel, parents, and the community.
