Job Description
Job Duties
We are looking to hire a skilled CNC Milling Programmer to join our 1st shift team in a production environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the setup and operation of CNC Mills, programming and installation of tooling fixtures, development of work processes, and directing of machine sequences to produce high-quality products.
Minimum Education Required
- High School diploma or equivalent (GED, etc.) (required)

Associated technical degree/certification within the field OR several years of experience within CNC programming (preferred)
Minimum Experience Required
- 5 years of machining experience, with 4 years specifically in CNC operations.

Strong skills in setting up mills, editing programs, and making offsets.

Proficiency in math, blueprint reading, and inspection.

Ability to stand for 8-10 hours, lift 15-25 pounds regularly, and up to 50 pounds occasionally.
