Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze data using tools like Python, SQL, R, SAS, or SPSS
• Combine and validate data from multiple sources
• Deliver insights through reports and presentations
• Improve analytics processes and automation
• Lead and mentor 3 analysts
  
  

• 7+ years of experience in data analytics
• 3+ years in a lead or managerial role
• Strong skills in Python and SQL
• Experience in banking or financial services preferred
• Strong communication and presentation skills
