Junior Varsity Soccer Coach

Overview:
We are seeking a passionate Soccer Coach to join our staff at Northfield High School, for our JV 2 team.

Responsibilities:
- Plan and conduct soccer training sessions for players of various skill levels
- Teach fundamental soccer skills, strategies, and techniques
- Develop and implement age-appropriate training programs
- Provide constructive feedback to players to enhance their performance
- Foster a positive and encouraging environment for players to grow both on and off the field
- Organize and supervise team practices, games, and tournaments
- Collaborate with parents and staff to ensure a cohesive team dynamic

Requirements:
- Previous experience in sports coaching, preferably in soccer
- Strong knowledge of soccer rules, techniques, and strategies
- Ability to work with children of different ages and skill levels
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Patience, enthusiasm, and dedication to player development
- Certification in coaching or relevant field is a plus

-Afternoons from 5-7 pm free daily, and ability to be flexible for away games.
