Not stop start contracts. The Role You will be based in Albany, Western Australia with Choices Flooring by Albany Interiors. You will work across a mix of residential and commercial projects. Your day to day will include: * Installing commercial vinyl and marmoleum * Laying residential and commercial carpet including carpet tiles * Installing luxury vinyl planks and floating floors * Floor preparation and levelling to trade standard * Setting up new jobs independently * Organising your van, tools and materials efficiently * Delivering clean finishes ready for client move in Hours are 7am to 4pm, Monday to Friday. Occasional Saturday work may be available. What We Need * Proven experience in commercial vinyl, marmoleum and carpet installation * Strong floor preparation and levelling capability * Ability to run jobs independently without supervision * High pride in workmanship and finishing standard * Consistent work history in flooring * Willing and able to relocate to Western Australia No leadership expectations.
