JOB REQUIREMENTS: Key Responsibilities/ Accountabilities

Direct/coach/mentor assigned assembly team to assist in meeting performance metrics. Responsible for safety, quality, service (delivery), and cost (OEE, scrap, and labor.) Develop, maintain, and improve pre and postproduction checklists detailing steps to startup, run, and shutdown of line. Visual confirmation of items by position at line start up. Setup, maintain, and troubleshoot machines. Perform quality checks in production per QC paperwork. Note trends in variation and take corrective and preventative actions. Clean and sanitize work area, setup (changeover), and start production. Maintain the master downtime for the team. 5S work area (end of shift and end of week deep cleaning. Perform Preventative Maintenance on filler area equipment and conveyors. Shutdown equipment at end of shift. Cross train with material handlers. Miscellaneous duties as assigned by supervisor. \*\** OTHER EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS: Previous experience in a leadership role required, preferably in manufacturing Proficient in basic math.
