Job Summary:

10:00am - 6:30pm

The Ambulette Attendant is a member of a care team on an ambulance. You perform prehospital emergency responses, transport patients from one facility to another and assist in patient care under the direction of the paramedic.

In this role, you will operate and maintain PTN vehicles, ensuring they are safe and ready to respond when called.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Education:Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.

  • Skills: Work independently and make decisions outside of a controlled environment.Must maintain composure and use tact in stressful situations. Must remain functional in a moving vehicle.

  • Years of Experience: Two (2) years of driving experience

  • License: Valid driver's license (Meeting underwriting guidelines for ProMedica vehicle operations).

  • Certification: Current AHA CPR and basic first aid

PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS

  • License: Michigan Licensure

  • Certification: Ohio-Emergency Medical Technician Certification
