Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree required. Preference for candidates with a technical education background aligned to lab environments, digital learning platforms, cybersecurity, networking, cloud, or infrastructure technologies. Relevant certifications or equivalent experience are a plus.
- 4–6 years of experience in product management, business analysis, or technology delivery for customer-facing digital platforms
- Demonstrated experience working with technical products and audiences (engineers, architects, practitioners) in areas such as cybersecurity, networking, cloud, infrastructure, or enterprise platforms
- Experience with digital learning platforms (LMS/LXP), technical enablement content, hands-on training experiences, or learning journey design is a plus
- Experience partnering closely with engineering, architecture, and operational teams to translate technical capabilities into scalable, usable digital experiences
- 1–2 years in a leadership or team coordination capacity preferred (informal leadership acceptable)
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Strong collaboration skills; able to align stakeholders across product, engineering, design, operations, and go-to-market teams
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts (labs, services, environments) into clear product requirements and user experiences
- Strong analytical skills; comfortable using data to define success metrics and guide prioritization
- Familiarity with Agile development practices and delivering iteratively in a multi-workstream environment
- Customer-obsessed mindset with strong storytelling and executive-ready communication
- Bonus: experience with learning content strategy, lab capacity management, scheduling systems, or service catalog design

Certain states and localities require employers to post a reasonable estimate of salary range. A reasonable estimate of the current base pay range for this position is $94,800-$118,500 annually. Actual salary will be based on a variety of factors, including shift, location, experience, skill set, performance, licensure and certification, and business needs. The range for this position in other geographic locations may differ. Certain positions may also be eligible for variable incentive compensation, such as bonuses or commissions, that is not included in the base pay.

A Brief Overview
The Product Manager for the Advanced Technology Center (ATC) owns the digital product experience that helps customers discover, access, and engage with ATC labs, services, and learning experiences. This role partners closely with engineering, design, operations, lab teams, and go-to-market stakeholders to deliver a cohesive, high-quality experience across the ATC portal and integrated platform touchpoints.
The Product Manager balances end-user needs (engineers, technical decision makers, and account teams), operational realities, and business objectives to prioritize and guide delivery of the ATC roadmap. Roadmap decisions are informed by data and analytics, client feedback and research, and competitive/market insights - ensuring we invest in the highest-impact capabilities that improve engagement, scalability, and measurable customer outcomes.
Bonus: Experience building or managing digital lab environments, lab operations tooling, or learning platforms (LMS/LXP) is highly valued.
Job Responsibilities:
- Owns and evolves the ATC digital roadmap (portal + connected experiences), ensuring alignment to business strategy, customer outcomes, and platform standards.
- Partners with engineering and design to define product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria that support ATC discovery and engagement (labs, services, PoCs, workshops, demos, cyber range, etc.).
- Collaborates with ATC operations and lab teams to translate real-world ATC workflows into scalable digital experiences.
- Defines end-to-end user journeys across key moments: discovery, service selection, intake/qualification, scheduling, engagement, follow-up, and measurement.
- Leads customer research (interviews, feedback loops, usability testing) and competitive/market analysis to inform prioritization and product decisions.
- Partners with marketing, enablement, and sales stakeholders to support positioning, launches, adoption motions, and clear internal/external communication of what's new.
