Job Description

We are seeking a IT Systems Administrator to support and demonstrate excellence to our Fort Wayne production workforce. As a Systems Administrator I, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our IT systems.

Responsibilities

• Daily management of the ServiceNow dashboard.
• Providing clear communication during and after troubleshooting incident tickets.
• Ensuring quick resolution times for incidents and requests through the facility.
• Collaborating with other BAE IT groups to ensure IT assets meet security compliance standards.
• Troubleshooting and resolving basic to moderately complex IT issues.
• Working with higher-tier Systems Administrators on projects and driving them to completion.
• Play a key part in vulnerability management.
• Creating and maintaining documentation.
  
  

• Lift up to 40 pounds and move into positions either standing or kneeling.
  
  

• Full-time onsite position.
• Weekly on-call rotation with other Systems Administrators.
  
  

• High School Diploma
• 2 years of experience in the industry
  
  

• Bachelor s Degree
• CompTIA Security Certification
• Microsoft Active Directory
• Networking Fundamentals (VLANs, Protocols, IPv4 Configurations)
• Experience with a wide range of Windows OSs (Windows 98 to Windows 11)
  
  

Full-Time Salary Range: $53122 - $90306

Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
