Responsibilities: * Lead cross-functional engineering teams to deliver production and obsolescence programs within cost, schedule, and technical constraints * Apply Earned Value Management System (EVMS) principles to monitor and control project performance * Develop and execute project plans, integrated master schedules (IMS), and funding strategies * Forecast and manage project demand files and resource requirements * Establish and track performance metrics to drive execution and program visibility * Interpret, author, and manage contractual scope and technical documentation * Lead vehicle system-level design, integration, build, and test activities * Serve as the primary technical interface to internal stakeholders, GDLS leadership, and domestic/international customers * Support RFI and proposal development, including bid preparation * Coordinate and prioritize incoming problem reports and manage corrective action resolution * Track and manage engineering change processing metrics, including aging and throughput * Evaluate customer feedback and drive rapid implementation of approved design updates * Identify and implement process improvements to enhance engineering efficiency and customer satisfaction Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Systems Engineering (other technical degrees considered with relevant experience) * Advanced degree (MBA or MS) preferred * 7+ years of engineering project management experience * 5+ years within defense, aerospace, or related engineering industry preferred * Demonstrated experience leading complex technical engineering programs * Working knowledge of EVMS, project budgeting, forecasting, and critical path scheduling * Experience managing technical customer relationships and contractual scope * Strong understanding of business finance, cost control, and schedule management tools * Proven ability to lead multi-disciplinary engineering teams Moseley Technical Services, Inc. is an AA/EEO/Veterans/Disabled Employer.
