Project Manager

Are you a results-driven leader who thrives on turning blueprints into reality? We are seeking a high-caliber Project Manager to oversee complex construction lifecycles from initial concept to final handover. In this role, you will bridge the gap between field execution and administrative excellence, ensuring every project is delivered with precision, safety, and fiscal integrity.

salary: $150,000 - $175,000 per year

Responsibilities

Project Leadership & Execution

• End-to-End Oversight: Lead projects through all phases, including conceptual design, construction execution, punch lists, and final handover.
  
  
• Regulatory & Safety Compliance: Secure all required permits and strictly enforce OSHA, environmental, and governmental mandates.
  
  
• Field Management: Supervise site personnel and subcontractors to drive productivity, safety, and superior workmanship standards.
  
  
• Workflow Coordination: Manage the submittal process, quality control, and scheduling to ensure successful project closeouts.
  
  

Financial & Contractual Administration

• Contractual Integrity: Verify that all work is performed under valid, properly executed subcontract agreements.
  
  
• Fiscal Management: Direct cost estimation, budget tracking, and financial forecasting; deliver regular status reports to management.
  
  
• Documentation & Changes: Maintain precise budget worksheets and track project delays or scope modifications via signed change orders.
  
  
• Invoice Integrity: Review and approve or reject project invoices in coordination with the team to ensure billing accuracy.
  
  

Stakeholder Relations

• Collaborative Synergy: Partner with tenants and counterparts to facilitate seamless execution and high-level service.
  
  
• Industry Standards: Ensure all deliverables meet or exceed professional benchmarks for quality and craftsmanship.
