The salon & spa coordinators work at the front desk providing exceptional customer service to our guests. This is NOT a basic meet-n-greet customer service position. Our salon & spa coordinators are the foundation to the 5-star experience that guests have come to know and love at Puffer's.

Job Requirements:

-Multi-line phone management

-Utilize our technologically advanced scheduling software to maintain schedules of over 20 service providers

-Maintain functional knowledge of all products and services including timing, resource requirements, and booking necessities to ensure proper, efficient, timely reservations

-Cash handling/drawer management

-Inventory control

-Routine cleaning

-Part-time /Full-time

-Rotating Saturdays-Days/Nights during week.
