Responsibilities:

Verify and confirm county property records using desktop tools, aerial imagery and performing in-field inspections.
Visit properties to ensure records match what is observed in the field.
Assist in determining property values and making necessary adjustments.
Maintain accurate records and reports for each property.
Collaborate with experienced appraisers and learn industry-standards practices.

Requirements:

Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and reliable.
Comfortable driving locally for field work.
Eager to learn and grow in the real estate/property appraisal field.
Must enjoy being outside and have the ability to embrace all weather elements.
