Donor Relations Lead

Chamber Orchestra of Philadelphia seeks Donor Relations Lead to oversee fundraising efforts and lead donor engagement strategy.

Requires: Bachelor's Degree or higher in Arts Administration, Arts and Cultural Management or similar plus 2 years' experience managing and maintaining CRM databases, developing and implementing donor engagement fundraising strategies and working with local businesses to foster promotional partnerships. The position also requires experience with reporting and analyzing ticket sales, donor activity and campaign performance, applying principles of financial accounting in the arts to monitor and plan budgets, planning public-facing programs and concerts to enhance community engagement and knowledge of classical music.
