We are currently seeking a dynamic Operations Manager to join our team. The role entails working Monday through Friday from 6 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.

Job Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and oversee all line station and service check maintenance, ensuring adherence to customer requirements and schedules.
• Document equipment, material, and manpower usage accurately for billing purposes.
• Supervise personnel involved in aircraft maintenance, repair, overhaul, and alteration, ensuring proper qualifications and training.
• Ensure compliance with FAA/CFR regulations, customer specifications, and company policies.
• Undertake any other duties as necessary to support operational needs.

Job Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED, along with a current and valid FAA Airframe and Powerplant License, and driver's license
• Several years of FAR 121 aircraft maintenance experience with expertise in Boeing Landing Gear 737, 747, 757, & 767
• Proven experience in effectively leading teams to accomplish maintenance tasks, including prior military leadership
• Proficient in reading and writing in English
• Able to interpret manufacturing manuals and handle objects weighing up to 50 pounds
• Demonstrated strong organizational skills to manage multiple priorities efficiently
• Strict adherence to FAA/CFR rules, regulations, requirements, and company policies
