JOB REQUIREMENTS: Quality Tech Shift: 2nd, (Hours may vary) Pay:

\$21/hr. (Based on experience) We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Quality Technician to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with experience in metrology and plastic injection molding who thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and is committed to quality, safety, and teamwork. Job Description: Select appropriate metrology equipment and gaging to optimize efficiency and throughput Assist with fixture design or coordinate external contracting Balloon part prints and maintain proper documentation Perform gage calibration and Gage R&R studies Program and operate vision-based and touch probe measurement systems including Hexagon CMM, OGP SmartScope Flash, Keyence IM Series, Mitutoyo Surftest, and OGP TurnCheck Perform measurements using traditional tools such as micrometers, calipers, and pin gages Complete written documentation and label finished products accurately Maintain a clean and organized work area Communicate effectively with team members and vendors Conduct routine and non-routine analyses of in-process materials, raw materials, environmental samples, finished goods, or stability samples.
