Key Responsibilities:

• Troubleshooting & Repair: Diagnose complex malfunctions and repair equipment.
• Installation & Testing: Install new or rebuilt equipment and configure it to ensure safe, proper operation.
• Preventative Maintenance: Perform regular service checks to extend equipment lifespan.
• Customer Service: Act as the primary technical contact, educating users on proper equipment usage and providing solutions.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate, detailed records of service, repairs, and parts usage.
• Safety Compliance: Adhere to all company and industry safety standards (e.g., OSHA) while on-site.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Experience: 2 or more years of experience in a relevant technical field (e.g., HVAC, Electrical, Mechanical, Glazing, Solar).
• Technical Knowledge: Proficient in reading operating manuals and schematics (wiring diagrams).
• Problem-Solving: Ability to analyze mechanical or electrical issues and implement solutions.
• Tools Proficiency: Proficient in using multimeter, hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment.
• Communication: Strong interpersonal skills to explain technical issues to non-technical customers.
• Education: High school diploma or GED required; technical school training or certifications preferred.
• Physical Requirements: Ability to lift 75 lbs., bend, stoop, and stand for long periods.
• Valid Driver's License: Required to travel to customer sites.

Pay: $20.00 - $60.00 per hour
