Position Overview
This role sits on the Experiences team and will be responsible for both strategy and execution of our email marketing program, with additional support across SMS and social. You’ll work closely with our CRM and design teams to build targeted, automated campaigns that convert first-time buyers into repeat customers.
Email will account for roughly 70% of your focus, and this role requires someone who can build workflows, segmentation, and automation hands-on, not just manage from the sidelines. This position is also partially client-facing, supporting guest communications tied directly to live events and VIP experiences.

We are ideally seeking candidates in one of our office locations in New York, Charlotte or Nashville to work out of the office on a hybrid basis.
Compensation target is in good faith what we believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting.
