Job Title: Oracle Cloud Canadian Payroll Lead

Location: Remote (Client based in Canada)

Duration: 6+ Months Contract (High possibility of 6-month extension)

Start Date: Immediate (1 week onboarding)

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Cloud Canadian Payroll Lead to support a net-new Oracle Cloud implementation project. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on functional lead who can guide the client through the full payroll implementation lifecycle, from discovery to go-live. This role requires a client-facing leader who can take ownership, drive discussions, and work independently without requiring constant direction.

• Lead Oracle Cloud Canadian Payroll implementation for a new project.
• Conduct discovery sessions with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements.
• Translate requirements into functional design and system configuration.
• Lead configuration of Oracle Cloud Payroll (Canada) modules.
• Manage system testing, UAT support, and defect resolution.
• Guide the client team through implementation best practices.
• Support go-live preparation and post-go-live stabilization.
• Act as a trusted advisor to business and technical teams.

• Strong experience with Oracle Cloud Payroll Canada.
• 10 - 12 years exp.
• Proven experience as a Lead / Functional Lead on Oracle Cloud implementations.
• Experience with end-to-end implementation (Discovery Design Configuration Testing Go-Live).
• Strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently and take initiative.
• Experience guiding teams and driving project deliverables.
