Sales Representative

Job Description

Are you a confident, money-motivated, and experienced sales representative? Do you want to make $100K in your first year? Our training class is starting soon, and you won’t want to miss out!

As a sales representative, you will:

· Meet with pre-qualified leads in their homes and represent our company with professionalism, integrity, and enthusiasm

· Conduct 20-point basement/crawlspace inspections, and provide in-home product presentations

· Build trust and rapport with customers to identify their needs and offer the right solutions

· Present pricing, financing, and warranty options clearly and confidently

· Close sales on the spot and achieve monthly performance goals

The ideal candidate has:

· Proven experience in sales, preferably in-home, B2C, and/or high-ticket sales environments

· Strong closing skills and the ability to overcome objections

· Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills

· Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license

· Self-motivation with a competitive, goal-driven mindset

· Comfortable working evenings and weekends (prime customer meeting times)

Compensation: $80-$120K First Year

Schedule: Flexible, evenings and weekends required
