Job Title: Quality Document Systems Coordinator
Location: Zelienople, PA
Pay Rate: $25.00/hour
Schedule: 1st Shift, approximately 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Interview Process: Phone interview

Job Overview

We are seeking a Quality Document Systems Coordinator to support document control and administrative functions within a quality management environment. This role focuses on organizing, filing, scanning, and maintaining controlled documentation to ensure records are properly stored and accessible.

The position is ideal for candidates with strong administrative skills, attention to detail, and experience handling documentation or records management. A high school diploma or GED is required, but a college degree is not necessary. Relevant administrative experience in any industry is acceptable.

Key Responsibilities

  • Label and file Device History Records (DHRs) and other controlled documentation.
  • Create and file DHR Service Records when records are not available in existing files.
  • Pack and archive files that have met their record retention period.
  • File Quality or Environmental records as needed.
  • Update Table of Contents, Binder Revision information, and controlled location charts, and update binders as required.
  • Issue copies of archived or draft procedures to production or service teams when requested.
  • Manage off-site and internal DHR requests.
  • Maintain and organize service files within service cabinets.
  • Shift or rearrange filing cabinets when storage capacity is reached.
  • Label and organize cabinets for proper document storage.
  • Assign new document or procedure numbers for site documentation.
  • Create and update supplier profiles in MFG Pro.
  • Send Certificates of Conformance (CoCs), testing data, and document scans when requested.
  • Complete requisition forms for office or document control supplies.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Previous administrative, clerical, or records management experience in any industry
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage physical and electronic documentation
  • Comfortable working with filing systems, scanning, and document tracking
  • Basic computer skills and ability to work within internal systems

Work Environment

  • On-site position in a professional administrative or manufacturing support environment
  • Work involves document handling, filing, scanning, and organizing records
  • Tasks follow established procedures and may be reviewed by supervisors
