The Afterschool Assistant Group Leader supports the daily operations of the afterschool program by helping supervise children, lead activities, and maintain a safe, engaging, and positive environment. This is a great opportunity for high school students interested in education, childcare, or community service.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with supervision of children during indoor and outdoor activities
  • Help lead games, crafts, homework time, and enrichment activities
  • Serve as a positive role model for younger students

Qualifications

  • Must be a high school student (ages 16-18)
  • Responsible, dependable, and punctual
  • Enjoy working with children in a group setting
